Held at the Thames Innovation Centre, Erith, London Borough of Bexley and organised by Leaps and Bounds, the event sought to improve the Call Centre experience for staff and customers by offering the challenge… more for less?

This wiki is a record of all the activity and outputs from the 1-day Open Space. After each session, the participants were invited to add notes, photos (and any other video or audio they may have captured) of their session.

Each page ends with a discussion section for participants to continue their conversation after the event.
