Within a day of the Government speaking out on the economic downturn it felt like businesses had closed up shop. Budgets were slashed and people started focusing on saving money. Businesses should always focus on saving money and hitting budgets.

They can do this and focus on the customer experience they provide and make their call centre a great place to work.
