The Open Space event aims to bring together diverse change makers within the call centre industry who are prepared to share ideas and learning for the greater reputation of our industry. By doing this we aim to enhance the image of call centres as a dynamic, thoughtful and driven businesses in which people want to participate.
What is an Open Space?
OpenSpace is a forum for Collaborative Conferences. It’s an amazing way to put people in motion fast... we arrive with nothing but our burning passion to discuss the theme... and within an hour we’ve created an agenda containing all the topics closest to our hearts and are already sitting down, talking to strangers with similar interests!
